 My Ellie. We have almost an hour together (just the two of us) on Mondays & Wednesdays--Greyson goes to preschool at 11:00 & she goes at 12:00. Lots of times she'll say, "It's just the two of us... what should we do?" Today she wanted to take a picture together. <3 :="" a="" br="" girl="" s="" she="" sweet="">

 Cauliflower Pizza Crust This was an experiment (which I documented for Darin). I had the kids put on their own toppings, and they all ate them up without question! Not bad for healthy pizza!

 We had another schedule conflict today--It's that time of year! Greyson's last music class/party overlapped Ellie's preschool field trip to the fish hatchery. Ellie went with Leah & her mom (who sent me a few photos), & I went with Greyson.

 We had a busy afternoon... when Gavin's football game & Ellie's recital overlapped by about a half-hour! Luckily Gavin was able to finish his game & come home with his friend, Mason's family.

 The recital went well, & afterwards we went to see the movie, Paddington.

 

 Gav had to pass off a few things to finish his Wolf in Cub Scouts, one of which was helping to prepare & cook a meal. He's a great kitchen helper! I need to get him in there more often!!
