Darin & I had set up the Christmas tree last night so we could decorate it today... that took most of the morning until it was time to go to church. The sister missionaries came over for dinner tonight--Ellie was thrilled to get to wear one of their tags. She fits right in!

After months in the shop (waiting on some obsure part to be found), the Land Cruiser is finally ready to come home. Ellie got to ride in it with Dad, & they stopped for a car wash on the way home.

Another project--Gavin helped Darin put together a new workbench--Darin's birthday present.
Ellie likes to to headstands ALL over the house. :)

We went & saw Penguins of Madagascar while our Thanksgiving dinner was cooking... at Cracker Barrel. Two years running! One of these years we'll maybe invite some people over, or go out of town... but I have to admit, it's pretty nice not having to make everything! We took our pie to go. :)

Gav was my helper to move all our cans from the pantry to the Shelf Reliance in the garage. I'd been debating whether to use it there or not, but after talking to some people around here, decided to go for it. It definitely frees up some needed room in the pantry!

It's been awesome to be all together. We went to the Dallas Temple today, followed by lunch at Macaroni Grill. Kristi-Lynn flew out tonight--Colton's birthday is tomorrow! On the way back to the hotel, we spotted "The Original Fried Pie Shop" which we'd seen billboards for along the highway drive to Corsicana the other day... We were curious, & they did not disappoint!
Back in Idaho, Darin & the kids were looking at... dun dun dunnnnnn... PUPPIES.
