365/365

Lots of pictures today--the last day of the year, & it was a fun one! The cousins played this morning, & we went to see Frozen (again) this afternoon. Tonight, the Heflins arrived & the party began! Food, football, East coast time New Years celebration for those that wouldn't make it to midnight ;), sparklers, more food, gift exchange, & the midnight celebration to ring in 2014! I love our Las Vegas New Years gathering tradition--so fun being with this group! We did miss Brett & Kris's family though!

364/365

The Skidmores & Dixon cousins came over today, so there was lots of good playing going on. Gav has had a very loose tooth on the top, & it finally came out! Darin got last minute tickets to see Imagine Dragons tonight at the Hard Rock, so we skipped out again for a late night out! It was pretty awesome. Love Imagine Dragons--for one song (On Top of the World), they were joined by a slew of Elvises (Elvi??) Thanks to Mom & Dad for taking care of & tucking the kids in tonight... as they reminded me, they HAVE done it before. :)

363/365

We went to church with the Heflins today then hit the road again--back to Vegas. Darin had booked a night for us at the Westin Lake Las Vegas tonight... he needed one more night this year to reach the platinum level for 2014. :) So we visited with Mom & Dad & got the kids tucked in before leaving for our over-nighter at the Westin. It was nice!

362/365

A panorama from Darin & Vince's final (fourth) day of golf this visit. We enjoyed more play time outside (& inside too) & met up for dinner at Mama's pizza, followed by Frost gelato, then a movie: Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs 2. Yes, we are living it up on vacation!

361/365

Loving the Arizona weather! It was 68 degrees when we took a walk to the big park today. Darin & Vince golfed again, & Chrissie & I met them for dinner at El Charro while Riley & Preston were in charge of all the kids at home. They did a great job--thanks guys! We had almost an hour & 1/2 wait at El Charro, but the food was worth the wait! Plus, we had good company & free cheese crisps... what's the rush? We did notice there was not a single person waiting when we left around 8:30... on a Friday night. Will have to remember that for next time.
